Do You Have Pants On?

Inspired by today's photo of the day I decided to share some details about our household. I know, very unlike us. Usually so private here. Stop laughing. Anyway, Paul was out on the deck off our bedroom in his underwear last night. I didn't really think twice as

1). Paul is always in his underwear around the house and
2). It's only underwear, people.

But a common phrase we hear from our lovely first born is, "Do you have pants on?" Typically because her friend is coming over or just because she wants him to have pants on. I agree, we don't need teenage girls going home to tell their parents that she saw Charnai's dad in his underpants. That just sounds all kinds of bad, doesn't it?

And he isn't trying to flaunt it. He has always been the guy that comes home and strips off his clothes to get comfortable around the house. In his underwear. Unfortunately, this has led to several people that didn't really want to see Paul in that state. Our dear friend Jenny (hi Jen!) popped over from across the street and I was talking to her in our open front doorway. Paul comes skipping (yep, skipping) down the stairs right into her full view. She turned all the shade of red. There seems to be a trend for Paul initiating us into the neighborhood this way. When we first moved into this house he was standing in the kitchen. The front windows face our front porch. A new neighbor lady happened to stop by to invite us to their BBQ. She also was privy to a full shot of my husband. She stuttered as she asked if we wanted to come. Poor thing. It has taken her 3 years to speak to Paul (I'm kidding).

Not to mention several mail men and women, the Fed Ex guy and random solicitors (they kind of deserve it though).

So call ahead or don't look in our front windows. Because now you will see 2 males hanging around here in underwear. The boy has taken to removing his shirt and pants when at home as well. Just like daddy.
